Upcoming Cooking Classes

Staying home this summer?  How about taking a cooking class or two and have a vacation without leaving the house?  These classes will definitely take you away without leaving the comforts of home.

Open to novices and experienced cooks alike, you’ll be able to work hands-on in our kitchen, learn new techniques, and get your questions answered.

Registration is only available on-line.  If you don’t have computer access or a credit card, you can stop by the store or call us at 505-268-0206, and we can help you register.

All of the above classes are taught by Scott Sharot.  His career as a chef, caterer, restaurateur, consultant and food writer has spanned more than 30 years. He has also taught in NYC at the Learning Annex, Miami Dade Community College’s Environmental Center and here in New Mexico at Talin Market, La Montanita Co-Op and Jane Butel’s Cooking School.

    A chocolate fondue could be a easy fondue pot or an elaborate chocolate fondue fountain
