Roasted Salt

Roasted salt is a great specialty from Korea. This salt has been roasted to over 1,500 degrees F (800 degrees C) to provide a distinct taste in a powdered form.  Use it to accentuate fried foods, since the finer texture can evenly coat foods better than granulated salt.
